MFG Salary

Upload a rate sheet and a detail data sheet to calculate MFG salary by carat bracket and process.

Row 1 must have headers: From, To, then one column per process (e.g. TALIYA, PEL, MATHALA, DHAR).

Example:

Required columns (any order, row 1 headers):

• Employee Name — worker name
• Dept Process Name — e.g. A-TALIYA, A-PEL, A-MATHALA, DHAR (prefix "A-" is stripped automatically)
• Iss Wt — issued weight in carats (used to look up rate bracket)
• Iss Pc — issued pieces
• Unit — pcs / pc → salary = Rate × Iss Pc | ct → salary = Rate × Iss Wt
• Cut No + Pkt No — combined as CutNo-PktNo for duplicate detection; duplicate rows are excluded from salary and listed on a separate Duplicate sheet

The generated Excel has two sheets:

Salary — 3-row header:
  Row 1: Employee Name | weight range (e.g. 0.0010 - 0.0500) | Total
  Row 2: per-process label (e.g. TALIYA/15.00)
  Row 3: Pc | Wt | Amt per process, then total Pc | Wt | Amt
Duplicate — rows where the Cut No + Pkt No combination appeared more than once (excluded from salary).
