📋 Input File Requirements

Your Excel file should have these column headers (Row 1):

  • ✓ Signer or Signer Grp - Worker Name
  • ✓ Org Wt or Org Wt* - Original Weight
  • ✓ Kapan No Check or Kapan No - Kapan Number
  • ✓ Lot No - Lot Number

Enter the Rate below. Total = Org Wt × Rate.

Note: Column order doesn't matter. System finds columns by header names. "Kapan No Check" is treated as Kapan No.

Used for calculation: Total = Org Wt × Rate
Maximum file size: 10MB

How It Works

  1. Upload Excel: Select your input file containing worker data
  2. Data Processing: System groups by Signer Name and sums Org Wt
  3. Duplicate Detection: Duplicate Kapan-Lot combinations are moved to separate sheet
  4. Calculation: Total = Org Wt × Rate (rate entered above)
  5. Output: Get salary.xlsx with two sheets: "Salary" and "Duplicate"
  6. Download: Click download button to get your processed file
